What floss do we use for our designs?

DMC Floss is used in all our designs, including Linen Scenes Magazine charts.

Are there fractionals in the charts?

All of our charts use full stitches only.

Do we publish color or black and white charts?

Our charts are clear-to-read black and white charts, usually in letters or numbers. They are always checked for similarities to other symbols.

How do I receive Linen Scenes Magazine?

After using the Buy/Download Button and paying for the magazine with Paypal, you will be directed to a link page. Locate the link for the magazine and right click on the link, choosing "Save Target As". Browse for a location on your computer, and save the file. When the download is complete, you should be able to double click on the download, and it will open for you. *Note: You will need to have the free Adobe Reader to open your file.

What if I experience a problem with a chart or a download?

Please Email. Our email is checked often throughout the day. We'll do our best to correct the problem for you. If emailing does not work for you, please call (515-993-5021 (not toll-free) during regular business hours.

Do you offer refunds?

Our solution to problems is to offer technical support on patterns instead of refunds.

May I resell the magazine?

The magazine may not be resold, shared, distributed, posted, nor distributed in any form. Unauthorized kitting and reselling of designs are prohibited.

The magazine may be used for teaching purposes or stitching retreats if each individual in the group purchases the magazine. We would consider a special discount rate if you contact us before a legitimate stitching event.

May I make working copies of your charts?

Personal, working copies of our charts and magazine are strongly encouraged to keep your original as nice as possible.

Do you have restrictions on stitching the charts?

We are thrilled when customers want to stitch our designs. You buy the right to unlimited stitching when you purchase our charts.

Copyright- why does it matter?

We would like to ask that you refrain from copying, posting, or distributing our charts. Designers support their families through their work. When charts are shared, designers suffer. Thank you for supporting copyright.
